1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Ingenious PMO Solutions Pty Ltd ("we," "us," "our"), including our website ingpmo.com and any training or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional project management training, Microsoft Project coaching, Primavera P6 training, PMO consulting, and scheduling-as-a-service. Services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.

3. Registration & Enrolment

To book training courses or services, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice, but booked sessions will honour the price at time of booking.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

7+ days before training: Full refund or free rescheduling
3–6 days before training: 50% refund or free rescheduling
Less than 3 days before training: No refund (rescheduling subject to availability)
No-shows: No refund will be issued

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, templates, and resources provided by Ingenious PMO Solutions are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may use materials for personal professional development only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared by either party in the course of engagement will be kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by Australian law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Ingenious PMO Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
